Stock Markets Retreated from Highs

Yesterday markets showing a decrease in top trade shares from the United States and Europe showed a negative trend, the major indices were in the red and the S&P 500 fell by 0.11%.

Furthermore, in Beijing high-ranking officials have started talking about a decrease or cessation of purchases of US Treasury securities. Some analysts believed that this behavior is caused by the tightening of trade relations between the US and China. Later, however, the Chinese authorities denied this information. In addition, the Chinese government has decided to tighten its risk borrowers credit and financing rules, as well as control over trade in borrowed funds, in order to secure its financial system.

After the US allegations of a possible withdrawal of the NAFTA agreement, the Canadian dollar began to decline and 2-year bonds in Canada have demonstrated the greatest growth over the past 18 months.

If today the trend is towards the sale of assets, this may lead to a prolonged decline in the stock markets.
